你会《关于调整适用境外上市公司召开股东大会通知期限等规定的请示》（证监发〔2019〕71号）收悉。现批复如下：
同意在中国境内注册并在境外上市的股份有限公司召开股东大会的通知期限、股东提案权和召开程序的要求统一适用《中华人民共和国公司法》相关规定，不再适用《国务院关于股份有限公司境外募集股份及上市的特别规定》第二十条至第二十二条的规定。
