我所在的小区内两幢六层楼房之间有一块本不大的空地，可最近，小区物业发出公告要以此空地上盖一幢带地下车棚的四层楼房，如此楼盖起，那务必两幢原本的楼房三层以下皆终日无阳光可言，请问是否有相关的法律规定？
