前不久接到消息说该地要被集体征用,政府要给予补偿。于是原房主人找到了我家,说是要和他对分补偿费,因为宅基地的使用权归他所有!我向请教一下,到底应不应该和他对分?为什么?

如果你们家也是那个集体的成员,且已经办理了房屋过户手续,他无权分。如果没有过户,他虽无权分,但是拆迁补偿将通过他进行,会比较麻烦。
如果你们家不是集体成员,你们的购房行为无效,因为集体土地上的房屋只能在集体组织内部流转。拆迁只会面对原主人。当然,我并不能完全排除地方上有土政策的可能性。
