Hisaka Transmission Machinery is a well-operated Foreign Wholly-owned Production Enterprise established in Shanghai by a Singaporean machinery manufacturing company. For the purpose of investment adjustment, the investor decides to transfer the total equity of the company to another Singaporean holding company. Mr. Chambers Yang provides legal services of legal documents drafting, application for approval and registration of alternation, etc. Recently this equity transaction has been approved by the Government of Pudong New District, and completed the relevant industrial and commercial registration.
