The project was developed by a joint venture of parties from Shanghai and Hong Kong. For the purpose of financing USD 40 millions, the project was mortgaged to foreign banks. Mr. Chambers Yang and some other lawyers, appointed by the banks, provided legal opinions on the International Syndicated Loan Contract.
