The project was developed by a joint venture project company. Because of the shortage of funds, it was stopped after its structural roof-sealing. Ping An Insurance Company intended to acquire the project as the assignee, whilst the assignor hoped that it could retain the project company and obtain the assignee’s equity investment. Mr. Chambers Yang and some other lawyers designed a plan of acquisition of total equity of the assignor for the assignee.
