The project was developed by a joint venture project company. Because of the shortage of funds, it was stopped after its structural roof-sealing. Ping An Insurance Company intended to acquire the project as the assignee, whilst the assignor hoped that it could retain the project company and obtain the assignee¡¯s equity investment. Mr. Chambers Yang and some other lawyers designed a plan of acquisition of total equity of the assignor for the assignee.
