A well-known medical enterprise in Shanghai obtained legally the land use right of a state-owned plot of over 40,000m?/st1:chmetcnv> in Zhangjiang Hi-tech Park by means of land grant, and used it for technical reforms and construction of logistics center. For the purpose, the company spent a lot in preliminary preparations including compensation for demolition, resettlement, land leveling and project design. However, in order to realize the municipal government抯 development objective of the industry of integrated circuit, the office of the Zhangjiang Hi-tech Park decided to readjust the planning regarding relevant plots in the Park, the plot on which the said enterprise was establishing in the readjustment plan.
