A well-known enterprise in the industry of real estate development intended to, cooperating with a Chinese Real Estate Fund of a famous investment bank of the USA, bid for the land use right of a plot in the central area of Nanjing. Mr. Chambers Yang was appointed to assist in designing bidding plan, prepare bidding documents, and provide legal opinions on issues of breach of bidding procedures.
