Two years ago, a famous American real estate fund obtained the right of development of the central plot in Luwan District of Shanghai by acquiring total equity of a domestic real estate company. After two-year operation, the fund concluded an agreement with a real estate development group in Shanghai, that the former would sell to the latter a controlling percentage of equity of the foreign-owned real estate project company.
