Shanghai Venture Capital Association (SVCA) held a VC salon event on February 25th, 2010, and Mr. Chambers Yang was invited to be present as a guest speaker. His presentation, titled "Legal Due Diligence in Equity Investment", showed over fifty members the importance, objectives, realization and substantial content of legal due diligence with various cases related. The speech was highly praised by the participants who were also investment managers or senior managers from venture capital enterprises, investment management companies, and then they discussed the topic with Mr. Yang.
