Hisaka Transmission Machinery is a well-operated Foreign Wholly-owned Production Enterprise established in Shanghai by a Singaporean machinery manufacturing company. For the purpose of investment adjustment, the investor decides to transfer the total equity of the company to another Singaporean holding company.
