Legal Services on Trademark Infringement Case of Lianyang Neighborhood Center

Lianyang Community, developed and constructed in Pudong New District by Lianyang Group, is a famous high-level residence area in Shanghai even all over the country. It named supporting facilities serving the community regarding property management, commerce, recreation, entertainment, etc. as Lianyang Neighborhood Center. However, a company in Jiangsu declared that it had registered the trademark “Neighborhood Center” already, and that Lianyang Group had infringed on its exclusive right to use the said registered trademark. Mr. Chambers Yang accepted the appointment from Lianyang Group, provided relevant legal advice and opinions, and as the agent handled the disputes.
