In its real estate investments in Jiangxi, Shandong and Jiangsu, Mr. Yang and his team provided legal counseling, conducted legal due diligence and designed transaction structure for the client in its selection of projects. After the client decided to invest, Mr. Yang and his team draft or review all the relevant legal documents such as partnership agreement, partnership-joining agreement, project feasibility report, fund raising explanatory memorandum, legal opinion, investment agreement, cooperation agreement, brokerage agreement, loan agreement, collateral agreement, guarantee agreement or guarantee notice for the setting up of fund and each investment.
